This evolution and direction is a result of years of industry experience, found within the company directors Adam Edwards and Dan Centofanti. The two masterminds behind 5th Avenue have been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. They have seen the nightlife in Melbourne grow almost out of control to an extent that total saturation has diluted the core recipe for a good night out. |
And although they have been in the Melbourne nightlife circuit for many years, Adam and Dan are not ready to be thrown into the "too old" basket, and believe that this makes them the perfect ambassadors to drive and promote a label such as 5th Avenue.
